When are you open?
Public opening hours – SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY Thursday 1pm – 4pm.
Office hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 3pm.
Pony club: Monday 4pm – 7pm and Saturday 11am – 3pm.
Girls group: Wednesday 4pm – 6pm.
Where are you based?
We are based behind North View School, St Lukes Road (SR4 0HB)
Address: STEF Ltd, Page Pastures Farm, Keelmans Lane, Sunderland, SR4 0RW.
Public transport?
We are based close to South Hylton metro station.
Nearby bus stops on St Lukes Road. Please use the number 10 or 11 bus heading towards Pennywell from the city centre.
Do you have refreshments available on site?
Yes. We have a small selection.
Can I bring my dog?
No, only registered support dogs allowed.
Do you have disabled parking?
Yes. Drive along to the car park. You may need to move the bollard.
Are you wheelchair friendly?
Yes, however there are banks and grass areas that may be difficult.
Do you rehome animals?
On occasion if we have space for reptiles or exotics. Sorry, no rabbits or guinea pigs.
Is there indoor areas?
Yes, we have a café, picnic shack and animal barns.
Is visiting appropriate for older children?
There is animal/reptile handling at all times public during opening times and lots of outdoor space.
